All the MCF safety systems are developed, produced and controlled in the context of a quality system that conforms to the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (certificate INTERTEK n° 04-22 Development and production of seat belts and its components for the automotive field).
The Quality System is our tool to rationalise and improve all company activities, with the aim of totally satisfying the customer’s needs and expectations, at the same time improving the company image, increasing competitiveness and making the most of the operative and management efficiency.
Quality System
MCF Safety Belts S.r.l. maintains and optimises its Quality System, already certified by a qualified Authority,
which applies to all the activities at its plant in Pancalieri.
The Quality System is our tool used to rationalise and improve our activities in order to:
- obtain complete satisfaction of customer / market needs and expectations;
- improve the Company’s image;
- increase competitiveness;
- increment operational and management efficiency.
The application of this policy includes the updating of the Company’s General Quality System in order to integrate and coordinate all activities concerning Quality performed by all Departments at all levels, and which are necessary for achieving the planned objectives.
Everyone in the Company who is entrusted with performing or managing activities that may affect the quality level of the products , and who are therefore referred to in the Quality System documentation, must apply the rules envisaged by the system as relevant to their activities and contribute to the achievement of Company objectives in line with this Quality Policy.
